2. The service
Edesia is an AI catering inbox that reads connected email, classifies messages, extracts event details, and drafts replies for your review. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message before it is sent and for all booking decisions made using the Service.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password and phone number current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive communications.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that event data, classifications, or drafted replies will be accurate, complete, or timely.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edesia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
