1. Information we collect

When you sign up we collect your email address, a password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), and your phone number. If you connect a Google account, we request read access to your Gmail so the Service can classify and extract event details from your messages.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to create and secure your account, operate the catering inbox, classify and summarize emails, draft replies for your approval, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

3. SMS / text messaging

By texting one of our business phone numbers, or by giving us your mobile number when you ask us about catering, you agree to receive text messages from us in reply to your inquiry. These messages are sent by our AI assistant on our behalf and relate only to your request: answering questions, sending pricing and quotes, confirming event details, and following up about your booking. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email.

4. Email and AI processing

Email content you connect is processed to detect catering inquiries and extract structured details. Content may be sent to AI model providers solely to generate classifications and draft replies. We do not use your email content to train third-party models.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as authentication, hosting, and AI model providers), under agreements that limit their use of your data, or when required by law.

6. Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can disconnect your Google account, update your contact details, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Revoking Gmail access stops further email processing.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
